Does your character have a worst enemy? What are they like, and how did they end up enemies? If your character doesn't, what would it take for someone to become their worst enemy?

Haaaaa, sure why not, since I just hit send on the Best Friend one a few minutes back.

Jean Grey: Prejudice, hate, discrimination, fear, mob rule. Several different humans/aliens/mutants/villains across the years, some of which are even on her side now (whheeee, comics, and how often they just flip things on their head every 2-5 years later).

Lady Marian: The Sherriff of Nottingham forever and ever amen, for the continual abuse, mutilation, killing, starvation, subjugation of all of the people of Nottingham. Sometimes Guy of Gisborne and sometimes not, because he spends the second season and third of the show totally trying to figure out who he really wants to be. Except, also, he super did slam a sword through her & kill her. So. Yeah.

Jo Harvelle: Supernatural creatures bent on chaos, destruction, and death

Sara Lance: DAMIAN DARHK, DAMIEN DARHK, DAMIAN DARHK. MURDERER OF HER SISTER. Yamato surprisingly doesn't. He doesn't think about his enemies that much: If they're a threat, they die, and that's that.

The closest he gets is in 01, against Pinocchimon of the Dark Masters, because Pinocchimon kidnaps his brother and is the boss of the person who kicked Yamato's breakdown that series into full gear. It ends badly, because when they actually face each other in a direct fight, Yamato kills Pinocchimon in a single attack. Despite all the torment that Pinocchimon puts Yamato through, there's no evidence that he feels much of anything except disdain in return.
