For someone whose superpower is definitely not subtlety, Molly is surprisingly good at it. She does the big open happy face and wide-eyed innocence to a t.
She does struggle sometimes with coming up with a suitable cover story etc. But once she knows what lie she's telling she's extremely convincing, and almost unshakeable.
A part of her - the part which will always watch her own thoughts and actions; the part which constantly worries about her becoming too like her parents - isn't particularly comfortable with how good her lying is. But survival and necessity will always take precedence.
Aaaammmaazzzingly good at lying, most of them flawlessly without tells for vastly specific reasons.
Jo Harvelle, hunter who has been lying about the hunting world since she was old enough to understand her world. Sara Lance, flawlessly good at since her years working for The League of Assassins. Jean Grey (as well, as my other two red-headed, telepaths originally in bar, Edward Cullen & Lyta Alexander), because not tipping your hand when your powers put you at the advantage of hearing everyone's thoughts.
Lady Marian, as more lies of omission, carrying on in The Sherriff of Nottingham's Court, while not getting herself killed, and playing The Nightwatchmen to give her people some relief (but not ever in the bar, where she never need it). Peeta Mellark lies out of self-preservation because the last thing his world wants him to be is anything like authentically himself.
Peter's not terrible at it - he's keeping the whole hero gig a secret and all.
Harry admits pretty readily that he's not a good liar. he is, though, a sort of master at skimming around the truth a little or making the truth sound so stupidly unbelievable that people think he's full of shit
