In many ways, this is an extremely easy question for me, as Yamato is a seasoned leader with nearly a decade of experience, and Eden is a one-year-old who has never led anyone and lacks any capacity for concern or remorse, and also a copy of the guy who shamelessly manipulated his apprentices to kill each other.

Jess would be okay to work for until she spiraled into a dark place and pulled away from everyone who cared about her. Then I'd just be in the way of whatever she needs to do or am forgotten about and left to my own devices. Also, I don't think she has much disposable income.

Viv would take great care of any henchmen she gets but again, I don't know that she has much disposable income. I'm also not sure what she'd have them do. Data analysis I guess.

Working and hanging out in a high-tech facility with full run of the place? Superheroes and saving the world? Laser tag, karaoke, movie marathons and video games on the weekends? C'mon, Team Flash is where it's at and where I'd be.

Besides all the nerdastic times with Barry and Cisco and the gang, my other pups are... less than ideal bosses. XD

I mean, Matt is never around and his firm eventually falls apart.

Logan is Logan, and still at the point where his place is exploded and/or burned down to the ground all the time.

Bill would be an okay boss, but if I didn't want to be a cop I'd have to be dispatch and ugh, phones.
