Sporty-classic. When not on a mission/job, Sharon gravitates to blue jeans and white cotton tank tops, shades of cream/gold/brown/light blue/green, light button downs, ankle boots or sandals.
Wei Wuxian is actively flaunting his non-conformist status from the word go. As first disciple of Yunmeng Jiang he should stick with the blues and purples of his sect, but... welp. His look becomes fairy distinctive, which... doesn't help when he tries to be inconspicuous in his second life and fails entirely to get a new wardrobe.
Jon is rocking the 'I am a serious stylish professional' look at first - slacks, pressed shirt, vest, the whole works. The longer his time in the Magnus Archives goes on, the more he reverts to the 'anarchist punk rocker' look of his college days. It's really hard to care about looking professional when random people might just attack because reasons.
Cecil is a HUGE fan of color. And texture. And textured color. Not necessarily a huge fan of the color wheel or color theory. He also rocks accessories like his life depends on it. Given we're talking about Night Vale, maybe it does.
Klaus is rocking his druggie-boytoy-'gender is a lie and a trap' aesthetic - tight leather pants, boas, skirts, long drape-y coats... look, he knows he's hot, this isn't news, he's gonna work it.
Chengling is a Very Proper Boy in his clan's colors because that's what he should wear and he's never questioned it. Maybe Uncle Wen can give him some fashion design advice.
Lucifer takes great pride (ha!) in his physical appearance and always goes for expensive, well made clothes. This has nothing to do with trying too make inner turmoil with smooth surfaces. Obviously. Smooth man of the world.
Eric dresses for maximum effect. All black and tight clothes as they are menacing, sexy, and hide bloodstains well. Vampire. Grrrr.
Elrond likes sensible and comfortable clothes. They are also finely made from quality fabrics because that's what you do if at all possible, if you make everything by hand. Fairy tale lord/ elven pyjamas.

Sabine is action girl, Mandalorian action girl if you want to be specific.
It is so tempted to say eGirl for Viv. :D Actually that kind of works if you stick with brown, green, and magenta for colors.
