Yamato would probably splurge on some gifts for the people he knows, and then refuse to spend any of the money ever again on anything unless it was an absolute emergency.

Peter - he's gonna end up giving most of it away - paying his aunt's rent and bills; he'll probably pay for college or something; then charity

Harry - buying all of those really expensive potion ingredients he's never been able to afford; college fund for his daughter; recurring food deliveries for Mouse

Murderbot would buy the first construct it encountered after it got rich, SecUnit or ComfortUnit, and bring it back to the Preservation Alliance where, legally, it could then be a free citizen. It would keep doing this until it didn’t have enough money to do it anymore. Buying constructs outright is expensive.
