With Max, with probably either *Spoiler* and affectionate, or *Other Spoiler* and a threat.

For Cassian, I could definitely see Kay doing this in a affectionate teasing way like stupid human, stop getting yourself hurt.

Quentin has definitely had this done to him in both affectionate and you idiot ways by so many people he knows with probably Toby at the head and then I think Raj. Etienne might think it but idiot sandwich isn't his style at all.

Raven has done this to Charles when they were younger with lots of sighing because he was being a dork.

I feel like Sameth's had this done in both ways to him throughout his life, most often by his father who I think is the more touching one in the family, also his sister.

Demeter is usually the one doing this to people, usually affectionately but not always. I feel like Apollo has probably gotten a lot of oh you idiot, Hermes too.
