Harry - he's a clean guy unless he's been dragged through demon slime or something. He's got your garden variety sense of smell, unless he does some magical thing or other to enhance it for some reason.

Abe no Seimei smells of the incense he uses to scent his clothes, which is…well, it’s in his bio. Mostly algawood, with brackish undertones. He has a foxy sense of smell, and can also smell magic.
Murderbot usually smells like unscented soap. If you are the kind of thing that can smell pheromones, Murderbot has a curious lack of them. Its sweat does bot smell. It has a slightly better-than-average sense of smell by human standards. Canonically it finds any area frequented by humans to have a faint dirty sock smell.

Wilson smells a bit sweaty and hair-greasey under a lot of woodsmoke, pine needles, dirt, and other forest odors. He's not as grubby as you might expect for a guy stuck in the wilderness with limited bathing options (the Constant is just like that) but impeccable cleanliness isn't really an achievable goal in that position. His sense of smell is also pretty average. Sometimes, not all the time but fairly often, he smells like blood; it's a coin flip whether it's his own or some animal's. Could be both.
Wormwood also smells like the forest, but without the human or machine smells of the previous two mixed in... and sometimes also like animal manure (usually pig, sometimes spider/gorilla monster or giant bird), which can be anywhere from a minor earthy note to a foul stench from the perspective of a human trying to have a conversation with them. When he blooms in lush season/springtime, he also smells floral. Wormwood's sense of smell isn't really more or less acute than a typical human's, but he has a very different idea of what smells good.

Her sense of smell is pretty good. Well within the normal ranges for humans, but she does a lot with food and differentiating smells is an important skill there.
