Posting today's Daily Entertainment early, as I have the day off and we all know my track record with forgetting about DEs when I'm not working.

Is your character spoiled? Why/why not? If so, who by?

(Reminder: In the style of Only Connect, I am running a succession of five DEs with a linked theme. Today's is the third. Anyone think they've spotted what the theme is? You can guess any time you like!

Wei Wuxian: If you ask (most) people in the cultivation world, hell yes. He's the son of a servant who gets treated as an equal (or better) than the legitimate heir of his sect, and he's not held to any strict guideline of behavior because LOL Jiangs be like that (or at least papa Jiang be like that because he had the hots for WWX's mom and now has guilt and basically no one in this show really understands emotion they just have some and then shit gets wild because they go off the rails like a cat spotting a cucumber). (PS this world needs therapists STAT) Now, if you take Madam Yu's behavior into account as well, and the price he gets to pay for his freedoms... eeeeeeeeh. I mean, I think everyone would be happier if WWX was given some guidelines on Behavior When Repping the Sect that he was actually expected to adhere to and WWX would be happier if he wasn't regularly whipped, but. These are things that did not happen. So.

Klaus: ....................HAH. No. He was not. Doesn't mean his daddy won't say he is anyway. So. There's that.

Jon: No, not really. His grandma didn't really know what to do with him, so she got him lots and lots of books (and at least one on spiders! How nice.) and basically they kind of ignored each other in a small house. As one do.

Cecil: WHO THE EFF KNOWS. NOT ME. NOT CECIL. WHAT IS PERSONAL HISTORY, ANYWAY? HOW MANY SIBLINGS DOES HE EVEN HAVE? WHERE DID THE NEICE WHO IS NOT HIS SISTER'S DAUGHTER COME FROM??? DOES HIS BROTHER EVEN COUNT ANYMORE? WHERE DID MOM GOOOO?? augh.

no and no.... they're both on the lower end of the economic scale and haven't ever really been more than that. Peter *maybe* gets spoiled a *little* by Stark - but only with the hero stuff
