Hello Milliways! The groundhog Punxsutawney Phil has chosen the path of darkness and doomed us all to more winter (or maybe it was the path of light, since he saw his shadow? IDK how groundhog magic works).
Stay warm out there, folks!
Working off of yesterday's DE (and today's rodent betrayal), how far would your pup go to bring someone else back who has stepped onto the dark path?

Yamato exerts quite a lot of effort to redeem Menoa, who he barely knows but can definitely sympathise with, as she's one of the many non-Crestbearer former Chosen whose life was in some fashion ruined by being a Chosen generally and Gennai specifically. And when Gennai goes dark, he's probably among the more sympathetic of the Chosen, as opposed to say, Jyou.
But he's made it pretty clear that if Taichi goes evil, he will kill him on the spot, and that he expects the same thing in return. Similarly, while he never expressed any desire to kill Ken, he also showed a distinct lack of interest in redeeming him -- he happily accepts Ken into the group once he stops being the Emperor, and even advocates for him, but up until that point his main concern is defeating him by any means necessary.
Which is to say, if you're not a Crestbearer, Yamato will probably try his best to bring you back around to the light! If you are a Crestbearer and you go dark, he will kill you to death. This is not necessarily a bad idea on his part, given that Ken's a minor Crestbearer and when he went evil, he conquered a continent, something which had two story arcs worth of ramifications even after he was redeemed.
