Theoretically Wei Wuxian has been in lots of meetings as his role of First Disciple. Practically, nearly every meeting we see him in he's either napping, goofing off, or if he really cares about the subject matter he'll a) swan in in the last five minutes, b) tell everyone he has the best plan to fix everything, c) not tell anyone how that plan works exactly, and d) peace out.

Klaus doesn't do meetings. Not unless he's allowed to drink and smoke and lounge during them. And then he's not really 'participating', he's drinking and smoking and having a snooze.

Jon is that attentive dude who brings his own notebook and Actually Writes Notes. He's trying, guys.

If there's a meeting, Cecil's probably there as a reporter, so there's probably questions. Endless questions. Even in meetings where no one is supposed to be asking questions.
