Jess is an outlaw who hides as a saloon dancer. Or maybe a Pinkerton whose cover is a saloon dancer.
Ben Hargreeves is the piano player at the saloon who always manages to make what he is playing seem snarky. Is Klaus the saloon owner or a regular? I don't know.
