Wei Wuxian: He starved as a kid, and it shows. He knows damn well that sometimes there just are not resources, so when he has money, he's careful with it.

Cecil: I'm... not entirely sure he gets the concept of money. Like... Night Vale does not run on standard anything rules, including money. But they have money. And sometimes it's important. And sometimes it really, really isn't. So. Ehh?

Klaus: Is absolutely shit with money. If he has it, he spends it. If he doesn't have it, he steals. It's whatever, it's a means to an end, it isn't important.

Jon: He's, you know, fine with money. He isn't brilliant, but he's not in any major debt. It's fine. He wishes money were the worst of his worries, that'd be easier.
