I feel like Ahsoka would do books, even if paper is rare in the GFFA and she'd be reading from a datapad. It's easier to set a book aside and pick it back up than a holo.

Jess seems a movie gal to me. Not that she wouldn't read books, she just seems a path of least resistance kind of person.
