Ibani wears a cloak anytime she wears her armor, which is every day she's not in Milliways! It's dramatic looking, and people EXPECT that from a Sith.

Besides, HERS is designed to detach from the armor if it gets caught or grabbed. She already has enough potential sources of horrible death in her life.

Ahsoka would never wear one unless a mission called for it.

Sabine might wear one for ceremonial events.

Jess would love to wear one but it'd have to detach and she wouldn't wear it while super heroing.

Ben would complain that it was silly and ridiculous, but would love it the whole time he wore it.

Wen Qing would absolutely wear one and might even miss them.
