Monday DE: Showing off without showing off
Goddamnit. Once again, I *know* I came up with something for today... but then I didn't write it down.
Mrgh.
Okay, stealth cosplay. One of my favourite things to do with my outfits are to choose things which reference my fandom without being completely obvious, especially if I can sneak them into important meetings. For example, I went to a Very Important Press Reception last week in clothing and jewellery which entirely referenced Our Flag Means Death*, but I'm pretty sure nobody I met had a clue :)
If you wanted to wear (or if you do wear) some stealth cosplay to reference your pup(s), what would it be?
*For those who've seen the show: Ed-style leather jacket with 'Blackbeard' flag pin, 'Tealoranges' print Fifties-style dress, pearl necklace referencing the one Ed/Taika wears in S2 spoiler photos, 'Kraken'-themed earrings and matching ring.
