Sariel's danced in enough carnival crowds over the years that I can confidently say yes, she does! :)

Wei Wuxian: ... I would say yes, but we never see him do it, which abruptly strikes me as odd. IDK if it is a 'Madam Yu would have murdered me where I stood if she caught me at it and then the world was shit in various and exciting ways until I died and then I wasn't dead but the world was still shitty and honestly who has time for dancing in all that' sort of problem, or if there's something else I'm missing. But the outtakes where Xiao Zhan and Wang Yibo are dancing are the best.

Klaus: Absolutely dances, does not need an excuse, is mostly good at it (varying due to degree of inebriation).

Cecil: ... ................... Y...ees? I'd say he dances, he enjoys it, he is not good at it, and sometimes he can't because Lyme disease flare ups. When he remembers he has Lyme disease.
