Ahsoka goes back in time to right after she leaves the Order, before Anakin goes back inside the Temple and tells him to not trust the Chancellor. To question everything he says.

There's an entire section of AO3 dedicated to fics detailing where WWX would travel to. I think most likely would be either a) right before Lotus Pier fell to try and fix that fiasco or b) before his parents died.

Cecil would not time-travel, because frankly, I think he's just self-aware enough to realize his sense of personal time is... wonky at best.

There is an entire section of Actual Real Canon detailing where Klaus goes in time. But he'd go back to where-ever Dave is and Try Again.

Jon would go back and stop his younger self from picking up that STUPID EFFING BOOK. Gah. No.
