Jess's could be alcoholic or not but it HAS to have coffee as one of the ingredients.

Ahsoka's would have to be something light and refreshing, to reflect her fighting style and personality. Maybe something with an after bite now that I think on it. I'm thinking citrus but with maybe a Bitters after burn? Definitely carbonated.
