Sabine...I feel like she'd be bad at it too. She's too direct a person to be able to do it well. On the other hand she does handle infiltration missions during Rebels so maybe she's good if she has the right motivation?
Jessica is very good at it, unless you are a close friend. Then I am betting you know her tells.
Side note, the Wife and I have been watching The Good Fight and season 03 featured Michael Sheen as a chaotic and slightly manic lawyer and I am so impressed with Mr. Sheen's acting now. I didn't see any hint of Aziraphale.

Bucky: Is very good at it (kind of a necessity for survival there for a while), doesn't really like doing it but will if it's needed, really has a problem with lying to specific people (e.g. Steve).
Moiraine: Is bound by oath to speak no word that is not true. I'll also note a common saying from her birth world that "An Aes Sedai never lies, but the truth she speaks may not be the truth you think you hear."
