Wei Wuxian: It's a virtue, it's not one he always manages, but he manages it a lot more than most of his peers. Whoops.

Klaus: ......Byproduct - he's not aiming for kindness at any particular point, but he's also not like, against it in a moral sense. He just can't be bothered most of the time to actively aim for it.

Cecil: A virtue, and on some days a town law, so keep track of the dates!

Jon: ...... He'd say virtue, he's lying, he knows most people strive for kindness, he manages it sometimes, but usually not on purpose. He can, he just... isn't terribly interested in doing so most of the time because people are idiots.
