Yrael is very good at them, and will go out of his way to find the unintended-but-also-works answer the asker didn't expect.

Sunshine and Max are both fair at riddles, but not stellar.

I don't feel like Ahsoka wouldn't be particularly good or bad with riddles. She'd be better physical puzzle rather than verbal ones though.

Jess would likely be very good at them.
