For Max, it's music, or focusing on something other than what's upsetting her. She'll play her guitar or browse through retro camera sites to psych herself up for class and talking to people.

For Ahsoka it's meditation, but meditation can take many forms.

For Jess it's coffee and/or a sandwich. Food seems to work best with her.
