Petermun? I get the idea Regulus and Peter should probably talk soon; is that a good idea or would it end up with Regulus being beaten to a pulp?
(On a side note: I dreamed about this place last night, 'cept it was a laundromat instead. I'd like my head back, please.)

Oh, Tom isn't going to kill Regulus because a) you flattered him with the Tom being exceptionally talented remark, b) it would upset Door, and c) it would be a bad thing to do. Just so you know ;)

Well, that's reassuring. I mean, he couldn't die, but he could be almost dead. Which isn't good either. (And yay. Flattery does get you many places, it seems.)

(Also, Sirius is shocked and pleased that Regulus said anything flattering about him to Moiraine. :D)

(Heh. And that's not even knowing he's an Animagus, either. XD)

Besides, who ever said that Mat was the most reliable source of information in the matter? He doesn't like Moiraine... it's possible he could be a teensy bit biased, you know.
It's possible.

Ahaha. Aaaaaaahaha.
(Or, y'know, not. Mostly the image of Moiraine smiling innocently makes me giggle.)

Hmm. Good point on the expression.
*smiles serenely instead*

Ah. That's much less unsettling.

Peter will not kill Regulus. Or try to kill him. He's furious with him...but, um, hello? Traitor? And Sirius is in the process of forgiving Peter.
The problem with being a traitor and murderer who's struggling toward redemption is that you have to forgive other people. Like Tom. Like Regulus.
And besides, Peter still considers Regulus a friend. A well-meaning idiot, among other things, but still a friend.

And Peter's really very observant himself. I'd guess that his survival might have depended on it at some point.

The reason Peter hasn't mentioned the using wizards as tools thing is a) this is new information and b) he's not sure how the Aes Sedai could compel a man to be their puppet. In his experience, such things are achieved by Crucio, Imperio, and assorted other curses designed to break body and mind. But just because this is his experience doesn't mean that this is the way the Aes Sedai do it. He knows that Mat doesn't trust the Aes Sedai, but Mat wasn't very specific about Aes Sedai methods.
Lacking further information on that tack, Peter will keep mum until he learns more.

[and I am rapidly skimming through the first five books in an intensive canon review even as I sit here *headdesk*]
