I just wanted to point out that, after many absolutely horrible pick-up lines Harper Got Laid. Sadly no smut was written as Laini-mun and I were tired.

Still, those who know Harper's canon know that This Does Not Happen. Ever. In the eight years of Harper's life his canon covered, Harper may have gotten laid once, and it was only vaguely implied, as it seemed like he had gotten space herpes from whoever it was. Plus, he may have been lying. Plus, it was probably a prostitute.

Thus, this moment must be celebrated!

*sigh* Anyway - so, there was a thunderstorm last night while I was connected and I think it's fried my proper computer. Because that's life. So, yesterday I attended a screening of Serenity with Sephina. Lovely movie, y'all need to go see it when it comes out. Even though most of you probably are going to anyway. There are a couple notes to be had from this, however.

1. We went to lunch. The waiter, at this fifties dinerplace was Rent!Angel. No kidding. He looked like Angel, he -sounded- like Angel, and upon being told that I thought he looked like Angel, he started -singing- like Angel. We both about died. It was lovely.

2. Due to a love of propaganda and souveneirs in my case, I have come into the possession of a large number of mini-posters for Serenity from the screening. They are the picture of the Theatrical Poster, but about half the size. Mini-posters. Anyway, I'm offering them to anyone here. If you want a Serenity poster, e-mail me at demosthenes [at] crackbar [dot] com. I'm not even going to worry about first-come first served. I have that flippin' many.

So here's the thing.

Faith's voice is still pretty much gone - but this house, when I'm not threading, is so boring. And I can't get out because the car is pretty much falling apart.

So.

Here is the solution. Faith's in a coma, but she's dreaming, and, well, we have some people around who can pop in for a visit, don't we? And since they're dream threads, who cares whether they make any sense or not? Especially since there's canon for Slayers having really weird dreams - l'hippo a piqué ses pantalons springs to mind. To say nothing of the guy with the cheese.

So if you have a puppet who knows Faith and could/would/wantsta end up paying her a visit in a dream - or if you just want her to dream about one of yours, and want to play it out, even if it really isn't them - drop me a line here, and we'll arrange it.

Okay.

There have been mun issues, character issues, issue issues, photoshop issues, and even some magazine issues (kidding...the pun demanded it). That being said, Nick and Alex WILL be getting married. THAT being said, we'd like to do it in about two weeks time. THAT being said, Nick would really like Fleur, LaCroix (yes, boggle along with me), and Janette (who promised to look over the wedding suits) to come to the wedding. You guys, however, are a LOT harder to find than Natalie, Nick, Alex, and most of the wedding guests. That being said, can you guys post here saying when it would work for you to have the wedding? As it is, I'll probably end up slowtiming it over a weekend or something so EVERYONE who wants to come can come, but I'd like a LITTLE organization.

Oh, and look for invites in the near future.
