Because every now and then, totally unplanned threads happen whose awesomeness makes you step back and admire the brilliance that is channelling one's inner schitzophrenic. ;)

Tonight, I have TWO:

Gorlim and Ramon spar out by the lake. Oooooh, character development. You probably won't get the real impact of this thread unless you are somewhat familiar with the two characters' relationship as it was before Ramon left the bar for a bit. But then you might be able to figure some of it out from the thread. You're welcome to try. Either way, it's an awesome thread.

And the completely unexpected and out of nowhere one:
Gorlim has a new buddy. His name is Jack Driscoll. His girlfriend was brainwashed by a giant ape. Currently slowtimed but there's quite a lot of it already there to get the idea.

Jack is a character I never would have thought to tag, for the reasons people often don't tag characters: "he's too busy with plot," "he's really well-known and probably overthreaded," "I know absolutely nothing about his canon," the usual. Add to that I've never threaded with one of Midge's pups before and this is a thing with me going "omg midge is liek rilly populr in that Rly Big Fandom ovr ther omg with the terrorists and guns and ubertechnology and politics and I play a bunch of really obscure characters and that kid with the scar I AM NOT WORTHY."

Like that.

So. Um.

Midge gets love for tagging me and wow isn't it nifty when characters just kinda CLICK together? You'd almost think we weren't crossing Tolkien with King Kong. Because in what illogical, backwards universe should that EVER work?

So.....
It looks like we have plenty of people interested! Now comes the plotting and polling.
First off, for the actual plot, there's going to be two types of groups

1)Scavenger hunt
2) battle

Just clearing that up, showing it's there.

As for the big plotiness part of it, I see three options for the Amalgamtion process.

1) Use two of your own pups.
2)Use a pup of your own and someone elses, with one person in charge.In this case, I think It would be on the line of volunteer two pups, one as your prime, and one you're willing to let be amalgamated by someone else, which should work.
3)As 2, but both of you control the pup. If you go this route, it'd be best to do with someone who you are really close with already.

Also, timeline wise, I'm not going to bring the war up IC until the threads oom are finished. just to be sure.
