As of this post, Magius is retired. He was my first Milliways character, and he was fun to play. Thank you to everyone he played with, everyone who tagged him and who made his stay at Milliways a lot of fun.

WEEKEND FORECAST: NAKED

This is your official reminder that the Roland Deschain Memorial Amateur Strip Night Benefit is happening THIS WEEKEND. All weekend, actually, as it is millitimed like crazy.

I'm putting the post up tonight. As soon as it goes up, please feel free to start tagging it with strip posts so people can start reacting to said strip posts. Post will stay open all weekend and longer if people need slowtimes, etc. An awards poll or subthread or BOTH will go up late Sunday night, probably.

So! If your pup volunteered, polish up that post! If they were volunteered, get them drunk! If they need to be talked into it more, comment below and I'll have Lilly chat with them. ;-)

A while ago I posted a trial balloon here about a possible plot in Ray's world. As soon as he's back from the plot he's currently involved in, over in the Knight Rider universe, I'm going to start the ball rolling on the East River Revolution plot. The basic elements will involve old shipwrecks in New York City's East River, a master thief, and the ghosts of Revolutionary War soldiers from both sides of the conflict.

So, anyway, if you're interested in that sort of thing, foreshadowing will begin when Ray gets back to the Bar, and the actual plottage will commence a bit after that. Let me know your specific interests and we'll see what can be done!

So there was going to be a post a while ago saying this, and then...I got a migraine a week ago.

And it hasn't gone away, basically, so it was only today I realized, "Oh shit, I haven't put this up."

SO.

Tomorrow, Lucy and Caspian are getting hitched by the lake.

Basically, unless you're Blodwen or Jadis (sorry, Aspen and Clare, I KNOW you guys were DYING to have those pups drop by) you can assume you're invited.

It's very, very slowtimed, and very, very millitimed, so if you're not around tomorrow, and your pup would be there, as some people have mentioned to me? THAT IS OKAY. Tag later.

As for hen/stag parties, they take place tonight, and are also being very slow and millitimed. I...am not in charge of those. I just mention them as I attempt coherency.

The Night itself is millitimed to "whenever convenient" and if we have crossing millitimes, well... time is naked on the water. Or something. I have not slept in a really long time. This may be obvious when you click the post link, but this should be a lot of fun until Sweeney kills me.

Strippers: Please tag your stripper posts as replies to the initial LJ post so they all start individual subthreads for people to gawk and throw money in.
Guests: There's a standard entrances/mingling thread and a bartending thread, so feel free to get a drink before gawking and throwing money.  Strippers are also encouraged to drink, mingle, and wander around mostly naked after and/or before their performances.

I will keep pimping this all weekend, and anyone can join in at any time, even if you didn't sign up.
