Big pimpin' (take 2)

Wes an Inyri talk, but don't really seem to communicate.
Wells and Aang finally meet. Dogs are met, Zuko is discussed. (Possibly still in progress, but too awesome not to mention.)

Sadly, due to some unforeseen events that have occurred in the past 48 hours, I'm taking a bit of a break from... well, life. Only not really. But I'm mostly taking a break from certain internet activities, and one of them includes Milliways.
April's not leaving the bar, obviously, being dead, but she's not going to have any EPs for... an indefinite amount of time. Until I need the distraction or I straighten out the things that got fucked up. She'll be available by request to people who know her well - Adrian, Faramir, Boromir, and Mark, mainly.
I love you all and I'll be back as soon as life allows. ♥

Car Keys: 2007
Jan. 23rd, 2007 05:02 pmhearthethoughts.livejournal.comBeing that we have so many new muns and so many new canons, I felt it prudent to suggest that we do another "Car Keys" game.
*cough*
At the height of the swingers craze, the car-keys game was (and still is, I don't know) quite popular at parties. At the height of the evening, couples would put their car keys into a jar and draw out a different set at the end of the evening. Long story short, you would go home with the spouse of the opposing sex who came attached to that specific keys that the person drew. *cough*
While I don't know all the facts, that seems to be the gist of it. Car Keys threads for milliways are the same deal, except without the innuendo.
The fact of the matter is, oftentimes pups will go through the bar without tags. This is a fun way to introduce characters, give people threads, and all in all foster meeting new muns and puppets-which is what the game's all about. Right? Right. Now! Onto the rules!
Simply put here's the skinny.
1. You read this. You are intrigued. "I have [Puppet X] who could stand to meet new people! This sounds like lots of happy wai fun!"
2. You leave a list of the puppets you would like to participate in the game! "Gee! I think [Puppets X, Y, Z, A, and B would be fun]
3. I, compile a list of puppets based on the comments to this post. I then take the list and pair each puppet off using a random dice sight. (Think this year's secret Santa Icontest)
4. You read the happy wai list, and you plan a thread. Perhaps James Bond will discuss Geese Juggling with Wash, perhaps Hiro Nakamura will confront the Master Chief, One of the Ninja Turtles versus Puss in Boots-
5. You have the thread. You are agreeing to thread if you sign up for this. You can't say "omg I got a sucky puppet! I dun wanna thread with him/her/them. What are we gonna talk about?" This isn't because I'm rude or nasty or anyone else is rude or nasty, it's just not nice to leave other puppets hanging.
Sound good? Did I miss anything?

Icon post will be made--not special, sorry, but still, puppet icons for your use--in the next few days.
Del will make a post that Friday evening setting events in motion. If you're puppetfied, you are puppetfied on Friday. It will last until Monday. No waking up Sunday puppetfied.
Please remember that your character will be slightly more excitable and generally more inclined towards Muppet-like reactions.
No permanent effects will last.
