This seems to be a common theme, lately, but life and its assorted tentacles are eating me alive, which has all but entirely killed my time for play. Me and mine (Plourr Estillo, Riley Poole, Father Mulcahy, Hawkeye Pierce, Maya Antares, Pippin Took, Tycho Celchu, Iella Wessiri) are officially on hiatus from Milliways until winter, though I reserve the right to the occasional EP or thread, and I am still working (incredibly slowly) on my slowtimes. X-Wing plotters, I plan to pick up my poking stick once again in mid-December. Be afraid. Be very afraid.

Until I get back to the States, please assume that I am either: A) happily jet-setting or B) tearing my hair out over coursework. The patience of everyone slowtiming with me and/or waiting on me for something is very, very appreciated; I love you all.

As of this post, the Fullmetal Alchemist faction of the bar is now into the events of the post-anime movie, Fullmetal Alchemist: The Conquerer of Shamballa.

This is both a heads up and a warning. We'd love for people to interact with us on it - we've been working on this for weeks, we've got a timeline and we've set out a cool structure of both in and out of bar posts. But we're aware of the fact that some people who play the game are into FMA and haven't seen the movie, and may not necessarily want to be spoiled for it. So, if that's the case, you may want to avoid reading our posts for a little bit. The plot goes from now until the night of November 12th, at which point we'll be skipping into a brand new, millicanon-only territory, and it'll be safe to read us again. It'll be pretty clear when we've reached that point. In the meantime, well. If you're reading, we hope you enjoy what we've got to give. And if not... well, sit tight. We'll get back to safe territory eventually.

In which Medusa and Mark Antony get along. Very well. With a promise to talk more often.

And then Medusa has a bad day, with Teja to be bitter with about gods and death, but mostly to get along in their own way, and then Sam Linnfer to talk to about various things, including family and whether Medusa is pretty. And then have a water fight with, because they are Very Mature.

Do you love the '80s? Do you find words like "gnarly" and "rad" entering your vocabulary on a regular basis? Do you like eighties movies, particularly one with a time traveling Delorean and crazy time adventures?

This is Marty. If you've seen his movie, Back to the Future, you know Marty. Marty is rad. Marty was in the Bar almost a year ago, but due to circumstances involving his mun being tied up with various things, he hasn't been in since. Now, that's going to change. However, there's a certain person who Marty needs desperately if he's going to have any semblance of a plot whatsoever.
