Apology for slowness and dropped thread

I'm sorry for the gaps in tagging and any dropped thread tonight; we had an orc infestation in our back courtyard, complete with beer-bottle throwing and breaking stuff, that needed to be dealt with, including, in the end, cops and great upset all round.

While I was dealing with that, I couldn't tag. I might have dropped thread, too. If so, can you please link me again, and I'll pick it up tomorrow?

Yet another hiring drive!

A every year, Asar-Suti is hiring gardeners for the season. The IC post is here.

This is an actual staff position, not just something Asar-Suti does and pays for on his own, and is mod-approved! Also, as agreed upon with Bernard in former years, Asar-Suti will hire young and Bound people, primarily, that are too young to tend bar or do hard work in the kitchen, or feel they shouldn't -- there have been pregnant women, or women with small babies, on the team in earlier years, for example.

Gardeners, unlike bar-keepers, don't take on much of an actual OOC commitment, but do get themselves the chance to be observed working, which can make for good thread. There will be one post when Asar-Suti starts the season, assembles the team, introduces everybody and assigns responsibilities; after that, you are free to be seen working or handwave it in your EPs.-
