Even though I'm slightly late on this, as I fell asleep last night before I could post. It's still Saturday night somewhere... I think. Maybe. Anyway.

One year ago yesterday, an extremely minor character from a universe full of major personas walked into a bar instead of her quarters. Since then, she's gained friends, backstory, and one heck of a wealth of experiences that wouldn't have been possible in her home universe. She still has issues - blame canon - but she knows she's not alone on either side of the door. this has been one incredible year, for Sariel and for me. Here's to several more at the very least!

Another chance to earn tab

Teja has been offered a very large commission (a thousand swords, for somebody's canon) that he can only fulfil if he has helpers to work with him.

So, he has put out an advert to look for them. It's a chance to earn tab; but it's temporary only, and private enterprise, i.e., not a job with the bar. Also, Teja is not an equal opportunity employer. I-the-mun am well aware how very politically incorrect Teja is where gender issues are concerned; charries that point it out to him are of course always welcome to thread, but not very likely to make him change his mind.

On the other hand, of a pup (of the male persuasion) with no experience in metalwork but strength and willingness to work and learn asks for a job, Teja is likely to hire him anyway and teach him whatever basics he needs to know to contribute to the task of making a thousand swords.
