OBJECTS People have them, we collect them, they have meaning and value. Ever name them?

more recently, people have wised up to people naming random objects and given people (specially those of us who're apple-users) the ability to actually name products and make them distinguishable from other objects. It's like being a parent without the eighteen years of doom.

In any case, I want to hear from you about your characters and the objects they posess-specifically if they have a name for them, a private nickname, or an actual designation for something they own-IE:

Racer X: Has the Shooting Star referred to as "the Star". At one point it was nicknamed Starla not out of love, but rather as a means of preventing people from know just what he was talking about.

Matt Parkman: has an IPOD named Beatcop. Music to listen to while walking the beat. It was, in fact, a gift.

And I go nowhere without Harvey Dent, (my ipod) or Lt. Gordon, GCPD (my phone).

Soooooo, those who read comics probably know by now that Stephanie Brown's zany badly-plotted-and-badly-written death has been retconned. Which, yay! live pup! but boo, three years of Millicanon.

So, I has a Plan, but it's for later.

For now, we're sticking with Millicanon. The version of Steph in-bar did die as per War Games. Ja? Ja.

I have a new neice!

That's right, I have a new niece! I am so excited! I wonder why they didn't tell me the day she was born, I just found out this weekend. I waited to post the happy till I knew how much she weighed and what her name is. I still need pics. I will call my brother tomorrow to bug him about that. We are not a very close family, but we still love each other.

Her name is Ravyn Coryn-Lee Tibbetts 7lbs 12 ounces. Mom says she's fat and round like I was when I was a baby, and that she has dark hair. Can you tell my brother is a sci-fi geek?
