...so, uh, I've been a little in and out, a little touch and go, a little back and forth. Insert your ______ and _______ here, at this point, and yeah, that's me lately inna bar.

But there's one thing I wanted to start doing again and so I'm putting up the post offering them again this year in the grand old tradition:
