Hi, Milliwaysters!

("Hi, Batya!")

So a while ago, Nepeta was invited by Tyler to celebrate her birthday party at his house. Since trolls don't celebrate birthdays at all, let alone with parties, this is a big thing for her; she plans to invite pretty much everybody she knows, especially everybody anywhere close to her own age.

The thing is: she doesn't actually know all that many people. And because of that (and also because her mun has been alternately busy and flakey for the past couple months), she hasn't given many invitations.

So. Who wants to go to a thirteen-year-equivalent-old alien troll catgirl's first ever birthday party? :D (Come on! It'll be hilarious.)

If folks are interested, I will be EPing Nepeta Sunday evening for anyone who wants their pup to meet her for purposes of coming to party. In the meantime, for your prethreading delight, the party thread itself is here.

Does anyone have any questions? Any answers? Would anyone like a mint?

It's snowing again in Michigan, which meant my morning walk to work was beautiful but cold. My new icon is I feel rather appropriate and Prince Caspian was on last night and made me think about Narnia. Now I'm going to be a little sneaky as I'm working on a fic about dreams and having trouble thinking of surreal dream imagery.

For this DE I'd love to hear about what sorts of recurring dreams and nightmares do your characters have.

Or a second option as inspired by last night. Are there any canons for you that no matter the quality of the interpretation, they always make you stop and watch? Narnia's like that for me. I grew up with it, so even though I don't like everything in the new movie versions, it's still Narnia and I watch them and go oh yes, I know you.

An easy example for one of my pups is that Sameth canonically dreams of drowning in the river of Death.

This ended up rather long, so feel free to answer only what you'd like.
