 Somedays, my brain can get dang noisy. On those days, I've found listening to video game soundtracks (typically EVE Online or Shadow of the Colossus) is about the only thing that will settle things down.

Which has me wondering, what does your pup do to settle their minds or spirits when they are noisy or agitated?
