1.) What are your characters' most important skills and abilities? Where and at what age did they learn them?

2.) Now it gets interactive:  among other people's answers to 1.), find skills & abilities that your characters would be interested in, and ask about them -- either services or lessons. A good swordsman, for example, could either go and fight for your cause, or teach you how to fight with a sword.
