technical difficulty?

Hey, has anyone else been getting this error message sometimes when trying to load the main bar community?



I've been periodically getting it for a few months now. Sometimes refreshing will make the community actually load, and sometimes it won't. Is this just a problem on my end, and if so, anyone have ideas on how to fix it?
