Sunday Indulgences

Sundays, as decreed on ye moste importante pimpe schedule, are henceforth your official self-pimping days. Every Sunday I shall make a post inviting you to shamelessly declare your awesomeness. Let us, in these days, remember the wise words of [livejournal.com profile] gethenian:

And if I hear of anyone refusing to participate because they don't think their RP is good enough, I shall crawl through the internet wires, wriggling like an underworldly grub, and I shall bite you. If it's important enough for you to play, and if you enjoy it, it is automatically good enough to be pimped. Because the whole POINT of RP is that you enjoy it. If what you enjoy is sueing it up with angstariffic pr0n-mongering whatever the crud, WHATEVER. Pimp. Brag. Boast. Fangirl. Flail. Tell us all about why you're awesome. You should think you're awesome. If you don't, why the hell are you RPing?

That's right, you heard Ven: if it's awesome enough for you, it's awesome enough to pimp. So pimp yourself, me hearties!

Whee! I like this idea.

Miniver performs two songs for Pckles (http://cheevy.livejournal.com/15751.html) to show him what he can do with that thar guitar.

They're good songs. I know, because I wrote them myself. One of them was linked to the bar as an OOM containing a lot of introspective backstory-shaped stuff, but the other was not. So go read it.

Also, tonight Miniver and Toki did some jamming (http://community.livejournal.com/milliways_bar/18766631.html?thread=790614055#t790614055) that ended in a drinking contest, which Miniver lost. He will therefor be appearing in the bar tomorrow in a truly silly outfit after I finish work. :D!

And for a change, because I DO play other characters (really!!!), Therem meets Guppy at a time that is probably not the best (http://community.livejournal.com/milliways_bar/18614589.html?thread=782383165#t782383165), but it gaveme a lot of lovely opportunities to play with the intricacies of Therem's culture. Also, to let him be a bit parental.
