What casting in TV shows or movies makes your head hurt because of Milliways?

For example, The Jacket explodes my brain every time Moiraine and Raven are onscreen together.

It hurts. It so hurts. And they'll be all cute. And I have to see it and knowing me I'll even like it even though through the whole movie I'll have "he/she would never say that" moments ripe and loud the whole time.
