What casting in TV shows or movies makes your head hurt because of Milliways?

For example, The Jacket explodes my brain every time Moiraine and Raven are onscreen together.

*stares more* I have never in my life seen brown pancakes before but hey, better than six-legged nasties (Ramon would like to interject here and say that he wouldn't be at all surprised to find that X eats beetles, but he's a git so whatever)!

The dark brown is supposed to be the syrup, I think.

It would, I think, be easier to see if I could figure out how to crop the pancakes on the plate in, but I think there is a speech bubble in the way.

Aha! Now it all makes sense. It does look like syrup now that I know what it's supposed to be. ALl is right with the world now I don't have to wtf? any more. :)
