What casting in TV shows or movies makes your head hurt because of Milliways?

For example, The Jacket explodes my brain every time Moiraine and Raven are onscreen together.

I'm so excited about Benton Fraser as the Devil, tempting Tess Fontana from Eureka on Eastwick in two weeks. It'll be awful, but awesome.
