My question is what is the poor baby needing meds for!?!?

And my suggestion is probably not helpful for you, since I put my thumb and index finger at each corner of my one cat's jaw and it triggers it open wide enough that when you drop in the meds he has to swallow. D: I feel like an ass doing it, but it works.
