Weekend Entertainment!
HOW TO PLAY:
* Tag into this post with a pup you're thinking of apping to the bar with a brief EP set within Milliways and/or its universe. You can be new to the game, or simply want to test out a fresh pup.
* If you already play at Milliways, feel free to tag in with your own characters and interact with the new pups. You can also post your own EPs for these new characters to thread with.
* Mingle, post, and have fun!

If Charles was searching, then he likely saw some other interesting sights. Creatures that were conglomerations of technology, magic, inanimate objects -- and yet they walked and fought and exploded into green froth that puddled on the ground like the worst pollution. At the mention of destroying mutants, Charles schools his face to its blandest. Apparently wherever this man has come from, mutants are seen as a danger.

"Has there been time to add to their number? Are there people doing that or is the focus on fighting?" It sounds as if it might be and that worries Charles. If you fight the world then you're left with no one to stand beside you.

((No problem - these things happen.))

Just like he couldn't explain how he could feel the weight those Spirits now held as nature was stretched thin.
"And if they don't, I hope I'm dead before I see the world become a wasteland."

Charles can feel some of what he can't explain and he understands better why this man has so little hope.

He offers his hand to Merrick. This wasn't a useful conversation about this place but Charles has learned a lot.
