Okay, sure, it might look a little different from the skeevy Lower East Side pub she'd expected to find. Okay, sure, maybe a lot different.
But whatever, because there's alcohol!
She stomps up to the bar on leather boots, and leaning against the counter, she looks up and down for the bartender.
"Hey!" she barks. "What gives? This place got a goddamn liquor jockey or what?!"

"Ask the rats if you want something," she calls, waving her own glass in the air (It's half-filled with the cheapest brand of beer she could find).
no subject
"The rats? You mean like rats rats or is that just the nickname for the waitstaff in here?"
And there goes one now. It's carrying a tray. With drinks on it.
"Holy shit. I think I had one too many shots for breakfast."
(She isn't kidding. She did shots for breakfast.)
[ooc: *omg cackling with insane glee*]

"The rat rats, the ones running over...yeah, now you've got it!" Clem shakes her head just once. "No, you're fine...hey, are you the fainting type? Sit down if you're gonna go sideways on me!"
(Clem has done that many times before. Too many times. And then the room starts spinning unpleasantly.)
[OOC: Muahahaah!]

There goes another rat.
"Jeezus Christ, I need a drink."
A rat carrying an empty tray and a towel on its arm skitters up to her feet at her request. She stares at it, wide-eyed and gaping.
"Seriously? ...Oh what the hell. I'll have a triple vodka."
If she's halfway to hallucinating, she might as well go all the way.
Once the rat returns with her order, she picks up the glass and cheerfully raises it toward the other blonde before taking a healthy swallow.

"You look about as lost as I am right now."
Upon closer inspection, she does seem a little short - even for a Bosmer.

He pauses and looks around. "If that's even where we are."

Like This!
There's a rather large plate of brownies.
They're laced. That might be why she's giggling.
Loudly.
Please, come ask her why. And don't worry, she'll be glad to share.
Re: Like This!
"Pardon me miss, can you tell me the name of this tavern?"
Re: Like This!
The question causes her to stop giggling and give the woman a glance. "Milliways. Where good trips get even better." She points toward the opposite bench with her shoe. "C'mon. Sit!"
Or This!
He doesn't know it, but he has.
So you'll have to excuse his staring.
"...Why...the..hell..."
He's very wordy, too.

He was expecting something a bit less entirely unlike the South Wall Cornerclub, though.
"Hmm. Not sure if I like what Bacola's done to the place."
no subject
"Bacola? This was supposed to be Pierre's."
no subject
He'd be a Breton, judging from the sound of the name.
"But then, I can't say I recall the Cornerclub looking anything like this."
no subject
A beat: "Lunch?"
no subject
"It is part of the reason I came in."

She drops the stack of fire wood, draws her sword and steps bakc into the cover of the trees, looking for signs for what has happened. Where is Philip?

She holds up both of her hands to let Mulan know she comes in peace. "You're not where you were before, but I can help you."

Pausing near the door but out of the way of the entrance, she pulls out her compact, checking her lipstick, using the gesture to give her time to assess the situation she's found herself in.

"On your way to a party?" she asks, tone friendly.
