DE: Get Your Goatee On
Simple question with complex answers:
Your pup just switched sides, hero to villain, villain to hero, neutral party to either side. Tell us about it.

Thalia working with Chronus is kind of scaring me as I think she has a potent ruthless streak that never gets truly exposed in canon.
Evil Val is really a bad idea. A mind greater than Doom and Reed who can teleport through time and space. *shudder* I imagine she would make 616 Doom quite proud (until she turned on him) and would rule a multi-dimensional empire.
Palamedes is neutral until he gets dragged into the conflict by his loyalty to his friends. I think a big reason for this is that his Elder has no interest in the machinations of the Dark or "Light" Elders nor in humanity, unless they are threatening his forests. If he were to turn dark, I can see Palamedes as a sort ecoterrorist whom cares nothing for individual lives.
Jessica would have killed and replaced Madame Hydra long ago. SHIELD, and the world, would have much greater difficulties with HYDRA as her she organized them into a more useful force.
We also get a hint of evil Hank with the Age fo Apocolypse world. Dark Beast is a true Dr. Moreau with no hint of ethics when it comes to science and experimenting on humans or mutants.
Andrea would be dead as the only way I can see her turning evil is if she goes loupe which means she's gone crazy and has to be put down. She takes a lot fo knights down with her.
