<3 is a 2-person romance based on mutual admiration and enjoying each other's company. It is sexual, or at requires sexual attraction.

<3< is a 2-person romance based on rivalry and frustration. It too is sexual/involves sexual attraction.

<> is a 2-person romance based on mutual support and co-dependence. Two dangerous people who keep each other safe, in either or both senses of the word. Not sexual.

o3< is a 3-person romance based on peacemaking and restrained anger (and possibly sexual tension). It is prevents two people who would be too dangerous as enemies from getting out of hand. Not SUPPOSED to be sexual, in any case.

Agreed! Voodoo c3< Shephard is practically millicanon at this point.

Voodoo <3< Tommy - also agreed! Although this is a fairly recent development. In their early threads they quite like each other - it was only when Voodoo guesstimated Kate Barlow's cup size that things started to go downhill.

I will not lie - if the age gap were negated, Voodoo <3 Korra would be the ship of the gods. Voodoo's fine with it up to the point the part where "it is sexual, or at least requires sexual attraction". Personally? I still ship it, but Voodoo wants to smack me upside the head because of it, and I'm doubtful it'll move past <> into <3 territory in Barplay.

Still hot tho.

And yes, Voodoo <> Ellen is practically millicanon.
