Age Spell crackplot update (in the right community this time)

Based on the feedback I got yesterday, the Age Spell plot is tentatively slated to begin on Saturday, October 12, and run for approximately one week.

I have one quick question about this. Would a de-aging like this image (medium sized image in link) be okay instead of a true de-aging?

Sorry, no. As I said in the initial post, the spell will only regress you to a form you've had in the past.

So was there a final consensus on characters getting aged up rather than de-aged?

It depends on the circumstances. The way the spell works is that it moves the person backward or forward on their personal timeline. So if a pup is aged up it would have to be the way that pup is going to look in the future, rather than just one possibility.
