Your character is now a historical part of the Warehouse 13-verse. Which (iconic) possession of theirs will be turned into an Artifact, what will its powers be, what are the drawbacks, and is there any special thing people will have to do to get rid of it?

Yrael's violin, when activated by use by a musician, will captivate any audience who hears it. Some will be moved to tears, other moved to rapture, none will be spared. The downside is that as the violin gets used, the wielder's body and mind will gradually be corrupted and corroded into an unrecognizable monster. ^_^ Possibly with magic powers.
