DE: But officer....

In honor of all the Les Mis folks, how does your pup feel about the law? Is it a guideline or inviolate? Will they take matters into their own hands if they see someone breaking them? Do circumstances influence their interpretation of the law or is the law black and white?

No, well if Charles can help him out again. He'd be glad to. He's going to be back in at his proper age once I write and wrap up some OOMs as stuff's been happening with him.

Though at some point he and Will should meet, oddly I think they would get each other since Will's from that era where what you're born as is who you are.

I would love he and Charles to meet again! I'm going to EP Javert either tonight or tomorrow, I think - haven't decided yet - or he'll be around to tag Charles when he'd ready. Either way.

And dude, he will be INSTANT BFF's with anyone who just...gets it. That what you're born is what you're are. His relief will be indescribable. Which is to say, yes please! I'd love them to meet.

Though whether he'd ever get past Will being an outlaw long enough for them to discuss matters of birth is another matter. *sighs at him*

Will probably wouldn't tell him he's an outlaw, he's always wary around new people and tests the water by saying that he serves Robin. Depending on if they go ooh Robin Hood, then he'll go on, if they don't, he just leaves it that he serves Robin of Locksley. Sameth could work that way too as he's another who is defined by his blood.

I'll keep an eye out. *eyes this OOM I need to write* Charles is being all thoughtful, a lot his teeny threads made an impact but the Valjean one made a big one. Most people never pick up on the fact that he's lonely, but Valjean got it. I will make the words work.

Ooh, now I will have to decide if he's heard of him. On one hand, it's already Millicanon that he doesn't read fiction. On the other hand, the Robin Hood tales have been around long before his time, and he's a famous criminal. So, he could have heard of him as a boy. Hmm. I will think on it.

And, yay! I loved that Charles-VJ thread so much, and I'm glad it made an impact. VJ almost always recognises loneliness, because he's almost crippled with it himself. He can never fail to empathise with those who might have the same problem. <3

There's a chance he might since in the art of that era, the Robin Hood legends along with the Arthurian legends were popular for artists. I could see him not searching it out but encoutering it, I'm not sure. Its really up to you.

I think it would probably be impossible for him not to have encountered it at some point in his fifty years. So, yes! hee, this'll be interesting when it happens. :D
