Monday DE

First, a wee bit of housekeeping. Maru is currently without reliable internet, so rather than chew through her data plan, I'll be taking over Wednesday DE until I hear from her. That being said, if anyone wants to take it before I post, which will be around 8am PST (I think that's -8 GMT), feel free!

Now to today's topic. I had vague ideas along the lines of "what sort of shit posting would your pup do?" but I'm not feeling it, so to the suggestion box I go!

Today's comes from [personal profile] sunbaked_baker :
Your character has been invited to join a DnD campaign! What kind of character do they roll up? Be as vague or specific as you'd like.

For those who've never played D&D, here's a cheat sheet of what the classes are.

I have sadly never played DnD, so I'm afraid the answer for all my pups is: I haven't the foggiest idea.

Awesome, thanks!

Tess would be a Druid. Nature magic? Yes, please.

Yeah, Rose still fits none of these categories.

Kylo would see himself as a Paladin, or possibly a Monk.

Creed's a Barbarian, to no one's surprise.

Though I once played an DnD-AU Sunshine in a campaign as a tiefling Druid with a Master of Radiance prestige class (because I couldn't help but want to give her the ability to shoot sunlight from her fingers to be extra effective against undead enemies, I mean c'mon), Sunshine would likely gravitate towards playing a Cleric or a Paladin. Something Good-aligned with a purpose, emphasizing Charisma, Wisdom, and Constitution a bit more than Strength.

Yrael would complain about not being able to play as an Elder Elemental, but eventually roll up a Chaotic Neutral Warlock who has been driven partially insane by their pact with a Great Old One. He would likely do this regardless of the purpose or task the campaign involved.

As a sort of a Chaotic Neutral Warlock who has been driven partially insane by their pact contact with a Great Old One, Amascut is greatly offended by this.

Also slightly flattered.

I hadn't even thought of that aspect of it. Though I think "greatly offended and slightly flattered" neatly sums up the effect Yrael generally has on Amascut, really. :D

Just like Amascut to think Yrael rolled that just to annoy her.

Not everything is about you, Amascut, stop being vain. :P

Amascut is the type of person who would be fine with any class, with some exceptions, but would always tend toward a multiclass murderhobo. Even a bard will eventually become a murderhobo in her hands.

The chaotic neutral warlock Yrael choose up above is a bit too close to her own experience to play, though.

Fairy Fixit is ... hmm... she wields nature magic like a druid but she uses it like a wizard or sorcerer. But what would she play?

A rogue. Yep, definitely a rogue.
