Ok, well, it's been lovely playing so far! I just need to say that, although in the real world Salieri didn't feud against Mozart, blaspheme, or indeed end up a mediocre and forgotten composer, in Amadeus-canon he's definitely did all three. So whilst flattery and so forth is fine if people who might know his stuff mention it, he'll be rather disparaging of it all. It might be better not to mention it, in fact.

I'm just throwing out a few names of people I think Salieri would enjoy talking to- [livejournal.com profile] mastercomposer, who Salieri would have taught in his childhood, (I'm playing around 1801, when Beethoven would have first started to become deaf), [livejournal.com profile] musical_muse, who Salieri is likely to hate, as he would feel she cheated him out of his rightful talent, and indeed any musical character.

Well, I hope that wasn't all too presumptious. :)

During one of the more drunken moments at the Millicon, various ideas for Halloween fun at the bar were thrown around. The best ones seemed to revolve around any willing characters being subjected to the bar's choice of costume for the night of the 31st. This version of the idea was actually mine... and yes, I blatantly stole it from Piers Anthony's Castle Roogna fancy dress parties in the Xanth novels.

Costumes could possiblly reflect a personality trait of the character or just be generally ironic in nature. Poultry outfits were mooted as a good option as well. *nods sagely at [livejournal.com profile] jcrichton* Obviously muns would actually choose the costumes themselves, but the bar would be seen to have outfitted each character as they entered the room. Are these ideas feasible and is anyone interested, pending modly approval? Other ideas?

Prepare to die of the cute. Svava comes down with Edielwiess again. The kitten's eyes are now opened.

Millie (in wolf form) comes over. There is cute. And more cute. Snow comes over, worried about Millie who had been missing. Leashes are discussed, and Snow and Millie depart.

On another Millitime, Yrael comes over. Yrael and Svava banter, while Edielwiess keeps being cute. Will joins them. Edielwiess manages to pull of what very few in the bar have been able to do, and stuns Yrael to silence. There is more banter, and then Yrael leaves for the night. Svava and Will then discuss mysteries, and how some of them are better left unsolved, and weddings.

In yet another millitime, drawn by teh cute!, is Tim. He meets Edielwiess, and on finding where Svava found the kitten, asks what she is. Svava tells him. And you all thought it was a secret! Tim is suspicious. He's a wizard, its in the job description.

Continuity gets a further bend, as the Cheshire Cat comes over. They talk, weddings are mentioned again, as well as some philosophy. Mun ponders an Alice in Wonderland costume for Svava. She and the Cheshire talk about cats and not cats. It ends with the Cheshire and Edielwiess curled up on Svava's lap, in front of the fire, with all three of them dozing off. Its agreed on as "cute" by all around.
